When the bridal party enters the reception hall
Does the DJ announce the parents of the bride by their first names only, OR Do they say, Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Using the last name only ?

Our DJ used their first names.
That is the same way our DJ did it , but my mom felt he should have said, last names. I told her don't worry about it.

Re: When the bridal party enters the reception hall
My DJ asked us how we wanted them everyone announced. I would talk it over with them.

Re: When the bridal party enters the reception hall
My parents are divorced and the DJ said, 'Welcome the mother of the bride, Kathleen escorted by her husband, Stuart.'
Same thing for my father and stepmother.

That's how I've seen it done too.
