When should I go an apply? I live in Queens, so do I go to Queens or City Hall?

im not 100 percent sure but i think u can go to any courthouse..and its only valid 60 days b4 the wedding

You can go in Queens here's the info Queens Marriage Bureau: 120-55 Queens Boulevard near 82nd Avenue, Ground Floor Room X001, 718.286.2829, Hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
A marriage license is valid for 60 days, beginning the day after it is issued.
Requirements for a New York Marriage License The bride and groom will be asked to fill out an Affidavit and Application for Marriage License, which asks for personal details including name, address, date of birth, social security number, and marital history.
You’ll need a money order in the amount of $35 (payable to “City Clerk of New York”), proof of your identity, and proof of your age if you are, or appear to, be under eighteen years old.
Acceptable forms of identification include:
A valid passport
A driver's license, learner's permit, or non-driver ID
