when to book?

I'm noticing deals for semi- last minute bookings - ie 4 months out
and % off for early booking 2013

most sites wont let me look @ our dates yet

when is the best time to book -- i cant wait! but if i will save money, i will wait!

TBD - would like DR but may go elsewhere as it will be hurricane season

when to book?

It's all depends on your choice. I agree with lauren1802 there are hurricane season. I think Jamaica, Barbados and Aruba is better than others. I wish to spend my honeymoon in one of these places.
