I am confused by engagement photos, perhaps someone can help me out. I really want them done so that I can give them to my grandparents, parents, etc...but, when do you take them? Is it when you book the actual photographer for your wedding or is it soon after you get engaged? Is it included in the wedding packages, if so, do you get them after the wedding? Can anyone recommend a photographer? I'm clueless about this, no one I know has ever had them done. Thanks

Alot of photogs will include them in your wedding package once you book them! I am assuming you can take them at whatever time you like after you book... You get them way before the wedding, or else they would be kinda pointless
EMGAGEMENT pics are usually done when you book your photographer... it's usually part of the package or a free photo shoot so you can get to meet the photographer before your actual day .. so depending on when you book your photographer is when you can book your e-photo shoot!

'08er crashing.
We weren't going to do e-pics, but when we booked our photographer, he threw the shoot in for free. i would reccomend waiting until you book a photographer in case they do them free this way you don't have to pay for them. We booked in June and he didn them in July.
