when to get e-pics

We got engaged last December but my photographer told me that we shouldnt do our epics until a few months before the wedding.
How far in advance is everyone else taking thiers?

we're taking ours 10 months before the wedding. I can't think of any good reason to wait! Plus, I want to use them for our STD's

i'm wondering this too.... Eric from Duet said to either do it this fall or in the spring. I'm not sure when we're gonna find the time to get down there during the week since we're upstate and I want it to be somewhat nice weather.. hmm

we're doing ours at the end of July which will be a little then a year then! OMG I just realized that is soon Gotta get me an outfit!

I think I would like to do mine a year in advance also...Im excited and want to take them!
Even though I am so unphotogenic and I get jammed up when people are looking at ma haha
