When To Order BM Dress

I'm freaking out a little.... I'm TRYING to be considerate of my girls but now my MOH is saying she wants to wait a few months before trying on dresses... to lose weight.

I told her she can always try it on now and then when we order it get it altered...

I can't wait a few months I don't think... I feel like it's too close to the wedding.

Maybe I'm just freaking out.

I should just pick the dress and make them wear it w/out trying it on. Look what being considerate gets me

When do you order dresses? I'm 8 months away... nowish right?

im getting married in dec and my girls are going at the end of feb to be safe

eta: the dress is already chosen

I would order by the end of February just to ensure you have plenty of time. Also, if you found a dress you DEFINITELY want i say order sooner than later so that you don't risk it being discontinued

It really depends on where you are ordering them from. For example, I know David's Bridal BM dresses come in pretty quickly and they dont like to hold them, therefore the girls will have to store them until the wedding date, which is why we are going next weekend to order my BM dresses with my girls...

I believe the woman who I ordered my dress from said that the BM dresses should be ordered 4-6 months before hand.

i think u have a bit of time but if do find one u like i would order cause they could be discontinued..i had to order mine in dec because they were going to be discontinued
