when do i need to order BM dresses? how long do they take to come in? alterations?

I think it depends on the place you order it from. I ordered mine from the Wedding Plaza and they said the orders had to be in no later than 6 months before the wedding. I know you can rush order BM dresses at RK Bridal.

It depends on the store and the designer. My girls need to have their dresses ordered by the first week in January for my June 5 wedding. I am asking them all to order by the first week in December though, so they don't have to worry about it during the holidays.
I think 6 months is a good guesstimate.

It all depends on the designer my bm r in impressions dresses they take 12 weeks to come in. I highly recomend going to lilletes and carina in whitestone they really have great service and prices

You need at least 3 months for them to come in and then at least an additional month for alterations if you want to be safe!!

its rec. to order atleast 6 months in advance just incase something goes wrog you have time.

Don't freak anyone- My wedding is in November and have no idea what to order! Was trying to do off the rack but my colors are no where to be found.
