Honestly, is it too early to order BM dresses for a May 2008 wedding or should they be ordered already?

i was told to start worrying around Aug 12 which FOR me is the 5 month mark
but i have had the dresses picked out for a while. . .you want to give your BMs PLENTY of time to actually go order them - at least 2 months.
you dont want to pick out a dress and then make them go buy it within a week. . .bc honestly, they wont! LOL then you will be panicking
i would pick them out about the 7 month mark and then give them 2 months to go order
honestly, i told a few people that they had to order by aug 1st and only two of my girls ordered LOL

I actually set a date for all of us to go together so that I know for sure that its ordered that day. I set a day for mid September so I guess thats not bad timing-wise at all. Thanks for the info.

I was told by my bridal shop to order mine about 8 months before the wedding... so if you are going mid-September that should be perfect for you!

I was told BM dresses take 4-6 months to come in.

You have time. If it makes you feel any better, I haven't even picked out my BMs dresses yet, let alone had them order them.
