I was just wondering how far in advance did everyone order their invitations i was thinking like April for my November wedding - is that enough time?

Its more than enough time! They usually have a turn around of 2 weeks or less! You can even do it in the summer time
that quickly! wow i thought they took like a few months

Nope! I would check with your invite company though just to be safe..but I would start looking to get some ideas if you haven't done so. It took weeks and books to find ones that we wanted. Good luck!

The timing depends on how custom they are!
Ordering in April gives you plenty of time though.
