When to order tuxes...

My '5 month checklist' from The Knot said that we should pick our tuxes now.

How far in advance do we really need to do this?

I did it 5 months before b/c there was a sale going on, plus our wedding falls on prom season
honestly tho I think 2 months before. other than picking out tuxes and measurements we didnt do anything
if u have many GM then start looking into it now just to get a good price

I getting married the end of July. We'll probably go for tuxes the end of May.

We picked out the colors now, but FH and the guys aren't going to get them until end July or the beginning of August.

im getting married 3 months from today, and haven't done them yet..only big thing i have left to do though

we set up the order like 5months in advance but the guys aren't going to get fitted until like 2 months before.

FH ordered them last month so that was 4 months we did it because it just so happened FH went to the place to order a shirt for his Bachelor party so we just went ahead and picked out the tuxes and ordered them
