When are FH and I supposed to go and have the tuxedos for the GM ordered? I'm not sure how long it takes

We ordered ours last weekend for our July wedding. So about 2 months seemed fine because the guy at the tux shop didn't even bat an eye about it.

I only went with FH on Monday haha, a little late in my book but no probs...the guys need to pick them up a few days before the wedding- so probably 2 months would be the safe/anti-stress time to plan to do it

We went about two months prior to the wedding date to sort out the details. We were told that the deadline for all fittings was three weeks before the wedding.

I think were going in July, my brother lives out of state so we are waiting till he's up here to do the official order.

i went asked at a place by me and they told me a month is more than enough time

For the measurements, it's very quick no more than 15 mins top. However, to place the order you have to give them approx. 4-6 weeks. It's a lot faster for rentals than purchasing the tux. I would recommend going two months prior to your wedding date to give extra time for the arrival of the tux.
