I made a small registry for my e-party, it was at Bed Bath and Beyond. We plan on going back to add more around March which is 6 months before the wedding.

In my etiquette books it says that you should register before your eparty. That was not the case for me. E party's done. Fh and I just went this past weekend to Macy's and started the reg. I LOVE to shop and did not find it fun. Lol.

register register register.. its one of the funnest things we did pretty much right after we got engaged at his sis in laws urging and let me tell u wheni was stressed i add to it hahah nice retail therapy hahaha =)

We registered a little bit before my e-party but plan on going back soon to finish registering. So far it's been at Bed Bath and Beyond andpossibly Macy's, sure wish Fortunoff's was still around! And when we went I found it to be overwhelming, I figured it would be a breeze but once got in there I was like wow there is soo much stuff to choose from and i already have trouble making decisions lol.

I registered last month with FH. It's sooooo much fun!
I will say though, some things have already been discontinued , but I keep going on every so often just to check & add more if the items we originally chose get discontinued.

We registered a while before our eparty and actually did receive a couple of gifts off of the registry before our eparty. I would say go register before your eparty and if your not having one, then register 6 months before your wedding. FH didn't go with me because I knew he would kill me by the end of it! My mom went with me. Now FH has added a few things of his own!
Plus, nowadays you can edit your registry online, which I love!
