I'm getting married Christmas time, and I'm just wondering when my FH should go get fitted for his tux. How much time does he actually need?? I don't wanna cut it too close.

There are always deals at certain places, so that's what I was looking for when I decided to get tuxes. We went in July to pick them out and FH got measured. So about 3 months before. Then he gave his GM the info and they were supposed to go on their own to get measured, but it's 6 weeks before now and none of them have. So I think FH is taking them on a field trip this weekend!

We just did ours...well groom did anyway. I heard some halls rec 3 months..not sure how true. They guys in BP have yet to get measured.

The tuxedo place told us about 2 month in advance the tuxes should be ordered, but I'm going 3 months early

We just did ours last week. We went to RSVP in BAyshore, and met with Jennifer. She was AWESOME, so knowledgeable and patient. I can tell you WHERE NOT TO GO. Wedding World in Commack. Horrific experience, I walked right outta there after 5 mins. Def recommend RSVP, they have a huge selection and are so so nice.
