My FH and 4 members of the BP do not live on LI. They will all be traveling for the wedding, so I was planning to have the RD the night before the wedding, but my sisters are telling me you are not supposed to have it the day before the wedding and that you usually have it on the Thursday or Friday before. I know I will have to check with the church first anyway, but I was just wondering what other people did. TIA!

I had oot bms also-luckily I had my RD on Friday and the weeding was on Sunday. I would definitely leave a day in between if you can--it's going to be a crazy (but fun!) time. good luck.

We're having our RD the same night the rehearsal is. So whenever your church wants you to come in for the rehearsal, that's when I would say you should have the RD.

all of the guests for FH are OOT, including his family. The RD is the night before. We are not techically having a rehearsal because the ceremony is at the hall.. The dinner is at 5pm on Sat, the wedding is 12pm on sun. We made the dinner nice and early, so we can all get some rest.

3 people in the bp are OOTs, so we're having our RD the night before the wedding. although they are flying in on the Thursday, I wouldn't ask them to attend the rehearsal right after deplaneing.

We're lucky that no one in the BP is OOT, so we're having ours almost a full week before the wedding.

The whole wedding party is from out of state including us. We are having the wedding on a Saturday evening. The RD will be the night before. The actual church rehearsal will be on the Thursday evening beore the wedding, so only a handful of people can make it.
