When would you buy your wedding gown?

Original post by chrisandjeanne

So it's obvious that we all have an idea of what type of dress we want, but what happens if you found you dream dress tomorrow? Would buy it even if you wedding was over 500 days away? Or would you wait till 1 year before your wedding?

Umm aside for the hotel, it was absolutely fabulous!

just happy to be home with FH now<3 I missed him lol

Uh oh, why was the hotel bad? Service, food, room?

Aww I'm glad your home with FH, I'm sure he missed you too!

Food was amazing, all inclusive so it was even better to not have to pay at the end of the meal lol

Here are just a few horror stories:
We didnt have air conditioning for two days because a pipe broke and flooded out the whole lobby and first floor [thank goodness I was on the 5th floor]

my grandma found a roach in her room

the pool was very dirty and never saw anyone cleaning it or putting chemicals in it,

housekeeping was horrible! never left us washcloths and then took over 4 hours to bring them up to the room.

So those are just a few. I mean we looked past everything and enjoyed the most out of the vacation while enjoying the amazing beach but still we payed alot of money for this vacation and stuff like this shouldnt of happened.

Holy Moly! Those stories sound horrible! I'm glad you looked past all that and still managed to have a blast with your fam.

I personally want to wait.. keep in mind that new styles come out with every season! I wouldn't want to buy a dress and then see another one I loved and not be able to get it because I already had a dress! I I think I am going to wait until a year before.

I think a year before is good...I like the trunk shows and showcases when the new styles come out. Eventhough I pretty much know what I'm looking for. But I definitely don't want to experience buyer's remorse. Gotta LOOOVE the dress!
