When you book your Rh is that when you go over the menu items you want and the extras you want added?

we didn't make menu choices most of the time you set up another appointment with tastings. BUT we talked about everything extra we wanted to see if maybe we could have it thrown in

Nope..we were told all the choices and give it on paper but we do not make any final decisions until about 6 weeks before the wedding

From a couple of the places I saw, they mention not choosing a menu until 2 months - 2 weeks before the wedding.

We pick our menu about 6 weeks b4 and can add any extras up until 2 weeks before
