LOL NOT AT ALL!!!! I was driving my mother and sister crazy. My FH only has Sundays off from work so he was like dont think on my only day off I'm running around looking at hall after hall lol. He tells me 'You make everything such a production with this wedding and make 5,000 appointments' lol

I've known since I was young that i was going to get married at Russo's on the Bay...my Christening, Communion, and Confirmation parties were at Villa Russo's and my uncle used to be a chef at Russo's...there's not another place that I would think. My FH looked at me and said, 'if that's the place you want, then I want it too!'

We knew right off the bat that we wanted Disney World, but our families talked us out of that one real quick!

Since we got engaged there, I also wanted to get married there, but I also wanted all my friends at the wedding and ceremony.

I always wanted to get married at Leonard's. I even got in an argument with my parents because of that hall, but when I saw it inside and I saw that they did not have a cocktail room I did not like it. I was so mad at myself because I wanted this Hall for the last 10 years. One day I was looking in the internet and I saw Terrace on the park I liked the Hall.So I made a appt. After I made the appt I decided to Google the hall for the review of the place. All I have to say is that I'm happy that I did that. the same day I saw a picture of TJ and I clicked on it. I fell in love as soon as I saw the place. I went to see it with my FH and he fell in love with the place.... It was like it was meant to be for us.... I love it

Being one of 5 kids, and the fourth to get married, I wanted something different... which meant NOT Long Island!!! Well, we found what we considered to be the perfect place for us - Hyatt Regency in Jersey City with a ceremony outdoors on the pier, facing the Empire State Building (symbolic b/c that's where we had our first date). Unfortunately, they weren't into negotiating, so we continued with our search and eventually decided to look on Long Island.

After looking at a bunch of places, we were about to settle on a venue because we were already less than 10 months away. Then someone recommended the Riviera, which I had never heard about. I called up and spoke with Vicki - an absolute sweetheart; she, alone, made me want to get married there! Then my fiance and I visited the place and that was pretty much it - we LOVED it!!!

They say things happen for a reason, and had the Hyatt not been so inflexible, we never would have found our perfect wedding venue!

I didn't know.. but my mom and I went to go 'check out a few places just to get ideas of what I would want'

the first place we 'checked out' I decided I didn't want to look anymore.

and I did, but nothing compared.

I more than anything wanted to get married at northritz club. i am still pretty upset that i am not getting married there , but we kept lossing dates after like an hour of talking to them, and FH wouldnt give me a list so i didnt realize that i could have garunteed 200 people

I had no clue, but I really wanted an outdoor feel, beach maybe. I didnt see a place I loved, so we extended our search.

I love the elements of NRC. OUr ceremony will be outdoors, but if some odd reason mother nature will not allow us, then then the inside option is beautiful. We love that cocktail hour food will be inside, but people can be outside!

Yes!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to be a NYE ice princess with like a famous DJ and a 6 hour cocktail hour

Oh well!!
