do they give you any incentives or freebies for signing up??

Usually they give you a percentage off after your wedding, so you can buy whatever is left on your regisrty. I think it is a one shot deal though, Meaning you can only use the discount once. HTH!!

FH and i just registered at LNT, we didnt get anything!!! not even a 20% off coupon

At Macys I received a red tote bag on the day I registered, plus a 10% off jewelry & watches coupon. They also have incentives if you register for X amount of stuff by a specific brand. Plus, at Macys, you get 10% of whatever you spend in Macys and 5% of whatever your guests spend on yout owards a future gift card.

And after the wedding you and both sets of parents get 10% whatever's left on the registry and any other home related products that aren't on the registry.

I registered at Macy's and bed bath and beyond. Macy's has a great rewards program! I would defintiely look into them and also BBandB has this thing that anything not bought off your registry, you can buy with a % off. I don't remember if it is a 20% or what, but I thought that was good!
