When you stopped taking the pill...

did you period come back on a regular cycle right away?

I'm going to get off the pill about 2 months before my wedding, and I want to make sure I don't have aunt flo for my wedding day!

coming off the pill, my cyle was NEVER the same # of days, it ranged from 28 days to 36!!

When I went off the pill my cycle went CRAZY!!! I was getting it like every 36-38 days.

I stayed on it until my wedding to make sure I wouldnt have AF for the wedding day or HM. When I came off it I went right back to my regular cycle. BUT I will say this - it was one of the most painful and heavy AFs ever!!!

That's a good idea. I went off the week after the honeymoon and I've only had AF once in the months since then (should have had her three times by now).

Mine was way off for about 4 months... it was 37 days, 26 days, 31 days.... and finally 28.

I went back to being right on schedule (just about) after getting off the pill. It took maybe one more month for me to be back to my normal 28 day cycle.

I did the same thing. When I came off it, I was back to my regular cycle as well. First month off it was 31 days, 2nd month it was 30, third and 4th month have been 29 days.
That is how I always was. Not always a 28 day cycle. I do agree with you that the first month it was heavy and all the symptoms that I used to have all came back. It was amazing how my symptoms were so less when on the pill. I was on Otho Tri-Cyclen LO.
