I'm 3/6/2010 at the SC.

I checked out some local hotels and reserved a block at the LaQuinta in Garden City. For every 15 rooms booked they will provide a shuttle service to & from the SC (additional shuttles are available for hire). Also, they have a bar open 'til 2am on a Saturday, which is perfect for my rowdy out of towners...
Besides that we looked at the Hampton Inn in Rockville Centre (nice, but hanging out in the lobby is not encouraged) & the Holiday Inn in Lynbrook.

I'm using Jimmy Dee Music & Fantasy Flash photographers/video out of White Plains. They are reasonable and offer discounts if you book multiple services with them.

My sister is a SC bride but this year 9/7/09 She is Cuty24 on LIW. I am her MOH. I love that place and wish I could afford it. but I will enjoy it. Her BM is Mohammad. He is AWESOME. The coolest dude ever.

Her vendors are J'adore Love -Photo. Ariana Studios -video, Jerome Florist, Royalty Limo ( a SC vendor), Energy Entertainment as her DJ. I think thats it. I don't know the name of the company for the photo booth thing

will the shuttle go to SC for free?? i looked at la quinta online and i thought it was only free in a certain mile radius. let me know!!!!! also, are you staying ther? how is the HM suite??

Everything was soo great! I would encourage anyone to go there! They also had the hospitality room and they just told people by word-of-mouth. I had the same thing at my wedding and tried the word of mouth thing but I founf out later that not everyone knew. Maybe if you have a wedding website put it there? Or put a little thing in your church program mentioning it?
