hey girls!! so it's saturday, i had my first weigh in... i have NO IDEA how i did it...but i lost 9.8lbs! i almost fell off the scale. i have a really good chicken, brown rice and veggie stirfy recipe if anyone wants. FM me :o) how's every one else doing? (sorry i've been so busy, i haven't been online in days!!!!)

I am such a huge weight watchers fan. It's the healthiest most normal diet out there. I know I know, it's a lifestyle and not a diet.
I do WW on and off. Right now I had to switch over to Jenny Craig just because having the food all ready to go and not having to prepare food and cook it is a whole lot easier for me to do right now. Eventually I plan on going back over to weight watchers but not for a while. Honestly they are the same thing more or less... just Jenny C gives you the food to go with it. The vegetables and fruit and all that is identical!
I just wanted to say how wonderful WW is... and it really works if you stick to it and follow it!

i just wanted to check on all you girls!!! congratulations to everyone for doing so good!!! i love that we can come on here and inspire each other. i'm def inspired!! i'm almost at week 2. how is everyone's week going?!

YEAH!! I have done weight watchers before, and it has always worked the best for me. I am down 12.5 pounds since January and plan to loose a little bit more. Best of luck and FM me if you ever have any questions!!

For my first weigh in last saturday , I lost 3.2 lbs.... and I go again tomorrow.... I had a good week so far !!!!!!!!

i have my weigh in tomorrow... i'm nervous because i have my '.' and i'm afraid i will weigh more or whatever! i hope not - i've been doing really good though with the whole thing. here's hoping!

Hey mandy i'm glad to hear your inspired and i hope youre having great success! I don't think i'm going to have a great weigh in tomorrow ( did a bit of stress eating this week). It seems like more than 2 weeks ago that you started! How are you liking the e-tools and the recipes?

aww, thanks so much!! i know how you feel about the weigh in worry. i fought with cravings ALL WEEK!
i'm sure you did better than you think! but i totally relate to not wanting to go!!

i actually love the e-tools and recipes. i like how easy it is to use...ww has done a great job of making their online stuff very user friendly.

i love how positive this whole thread is for us.

Okay, so tonight, I joined Weight Watchers. I thought we could develop a little WW thread, because I don't know about you, but I'd like to know there are other girls on the WW weight loss mission!! Anyone? and How is it going for you?? My wedding's in 112 days, 22 hours, 10 minutes and 11 seconds... I think I joined just in time!!

I'm on WW!!!!! I'm really happy with the results even though i've lost this amount of weight faster doing other diets it never stayed off. WW makes you feel like you can do this forever and realistically never get sick of it. I've been doing it for 2 months and lost 9 lbs i have about 6 to go till i'm at the minimum weight for my height. I try to work out as much as possible but am more focused on just losing the weight first then as the big day approaches i am going to get a trainer and work on toning. I hope you have lots of success!

I've been on WW forever lol..I had originally lost like 35 lbs but gained 20 back and now i'm back and have lost 3 lbs in like 4 weeks.Speaking of diets i'm off to work out now .

I am sort of on WW. I am sooo good with it some weeks, and others...well not so good. Like this week, I was BAD. I had Taco Bell for dinner!

But I have been doing WW for a while and when I am on, I am ON! I have TONS of tips and recipes.

i've been on it for 3 years and lost 26 lbs but have pretty much been the same weight for like the last year! i really need to step it up and lose those last 10-15 lbs!!! it's so damn hard to say no to carbs!
