I know I shouldn't look but things are starting to come off my registry!
I know we got our Dyson and our All Clad pots and pans but the best gift is the one my 3 year old niece gave me last week for my birthday --
My large slotted wooden spoon -- she picked it out in BBB all by herself! She even told me that she went there to get me presents and she picked it out about a week before my birthday (she was good though she didn't tell me what it was
No wonder why they won't tell her when the shower is -- they know she will blab it to me! (Yes I tried asking her!)

I know my invites went out because my mom's cousin left a message yesterday and almost slipped. I never check my parents messages either but they are on vacation so I go through them every few days to make sure nothing important in on there.

Mine too, he gets soooo mad at me when I tell him what was bought! He said he's going to return it all if I keep looking. So, I have just stopped telling.
But the last few days, nothing has come off When the invites first went out - like, 2 weeks ago, a flurry of things were bought - not much, but enough for me to know something was in the works But now, it's been dead. I hope it starts moving in the next few weeks!

yeah i felt the same way. little by little it starts up then nothing for a little.. its a sick little game lol

but i've been getting shower gifts in the mail from people i guess arent coming.
So far we've received:
our tea kettle our towels and just came in today--our turkey roast pan!
i love getting married!
YEAH!!! I came home today and there were two boxes outside my front door. ... I called FH told him 'hi you need to get home now' he is like 'why is everything ok?' .... I say 'yes but two boxes from bed bath are here and i am affraid to open them because if there is a card and it says sorry cant make it to the shower next week, or in three weeks or next month i will know when my secrect shower is and i do not want to' lol
He is currently on his way home lol

So far we've received:
our tea kettle our towels and just came in today--our turkey roast pan!

I have a feeling I have too much on my registry, so I think I will have plenty on there. I am so afraid people will buy the dumb extra things I threw on there instead of the things i need, like pots and pans, etc. so far I got my kitchenaid mixer, my flatware (very cool!), my coffee grinder, my toaster, and a few plates / dishes - I think that's really it. OH, and my bedding! That was BIG.
