i want a mega-full one as they call it, it seems on these sites. Im seeing prices like around 90 or 100 bucks. I guess at the bridal salon they would be much more but just wondering where you guys are getting yours and for around how much if you dont mind. Especially my girls with the poofffy gowns

Re: where are you getting your crinoline?
I'm no help....it's going to be my 'something borrowed' from my best friend. She wore an Eve of Milady gown for her wedding too, so I figure it should be perfect.

Crinoline is the slip you wear under a dress to make it big and poofy. If you have a slim-line dress then you don't need one. But if you have an a-line or a ball gown you'll need one.

Re: where are you getting your crinoline?
ladies, some stores also have these slips u wear underneath...instead of crinoline.
its a light weight white fabric..and aroudn the circumfrence.. its lines with wire.. so it poofs all the way out..and its muuuch easier to walk in

like boning, you mean? or actually hoops? i hear those are actually much more uncomfortable...or i would do one of those otherwise so i know that it stays 'out' all night.
i was gonna buy something called the mega full slip/crinoline online but i just realized that i have a very slight dropped waist and i think i need to get one that also has the slightly dropped waist so the bodice fits on top.

When I get a dress - I will most likely get it at the bridal salon

You dont always need one. It depends on if you want to make the dress fuller or more ball gowny (puffy). It depends on the brides personal style.

Re: where are you getting your crinoline?
My store threw mine in because they couldn't discount my dress and she offered it for free. I always need to get some kind of bargain--its like a sickness!
