Where are you guys registered? And opinions on Macy's?
Need opinions on where to register. BBB and Macy's repetitive? BBB cheaper, and can use 20% coupons on registry items, unlike Macy's. I find Macy's a pain to buy from when gift giving b/c most items only available online and coupons not valid, but have heard the rewards are great for the couple. Want to make it easy for people and get the most bang for their buck. What do you think? Thanks!

we did both... but BBB is much more convenient for people because of the coupons! We've had great experiences with BBB/... I def. recommend them!!

maycs has a good incentive for signing up. a rewards card that gets filled up with a certain percentage of each purchase off ur registry, that u get after ur wedding.

I got married last year and was very happy with Macy's - they had specials constantly for people to get coupons etc. Didn't try BBB so wouldn't know though I do like that store. We did Macys, Williams Sonoma and Crate and Barrell and liked all three.

BBB and Macys. I think that is where most people register. I would like to register for William Sonoma and Pottery Barn but that may be too expensive/complicted. I was also thinking about the Marriott Registery. It dosen't cost anything and people can purchase you vacation time. https://www.marriottregistry.com/

I have both BBB and Macys and have so much more on our BBB registry than the Macys one because of the items prices.

I did both, but I like Macy's a little more. There's the rewards program someone mentioned above, which you also get a percentage of anything you charge on your macy's card.(I already have $30 on mine and only a few things were bought so far, but I did buy clothes on my card so it added) Also, 5% I think goes to a charity of your choice. And I like the Martha Stewart line. LOL As far as coupons, Macy's has plenty of coupons and sales, you just have to watch more. But go and start a registry at both, if you find you can get the same things in one store, just close up the other. Otherwise, no problem having two. I have 4 stores I registered with, I didn't want to settle for some things.

I registered at both BBB and Macys. After I registered at Macys for my fine china, I found the same place settings for $60 cheaper at BBB. I took it off Macys and put the china on BBB registry. Since the china is cheaper there, I would think more people would buy it.

i just registered at BBB and it was great! The girl was SO helpful. She came around and talked about the sections, made suggestions, it was great. Another tip- they're willing to have you come before opening or after closing so you don't have to deal with the crowds. Wish I had known that!

I'm doing Macy's and Traveler's Joy (honeymoon registry). I started putting things on William Sonoma. I love that store but it is a bit pricey for guests so I either might eliminate that or just put a few things on.

I registered at both BBB and Macys. The availability of coupons for BBB can't be beat! Also, at Macys I have some higher end items that BBB did not carry and I have found that at random times these items are offered at huge discounts during Macys home sales.
