Where are you having your rehearsal dinner? - Long Island Weddings

We're doing ours at Umberto's in NHP. It's across the street from our church and they have the most delicious italian food you can find. They have a great upstairs room for private parties too!

I'm having mine in Queens, where I live. The restaurant is amazing. Authentic old school Italian place called Portofino in Forest Hills.

Huntington has so many great places! I love Besito and Prime! Prime has a lot of options for private tables as well.

Our location isn't set yet because my FIL's are hosting and FMIL wants to visit and choose the place, but since our church is OLV in Floral Park, I've suggested that she pick a restaurant right in town that we can all walk over to. I was thinking Fiore might be a good choice.

Is it? Awesome! I grew up like 3 minutes from there, but usually when I head down to Tulip Ave. it's for drinking purposes more so than eating, so I've never actually eaten there!

Thank you! Both of those are actually on my list. I also love Molly Malone's, Beachtree and Irish Coffee Pub. So many options!

I love Prime in Huntington. Honu has great cocktails, haven't eaten there though.

We are having our 'Pre Wedding Celebration' at La Parma in Huntington. We are getting married at the RH so the rehearsal will be the Day of Wedding so we didnt want to call it a RD.

Ooohhhh, good choice! I haven't been there in years, I need to add it back into the Italian rotation!

Mine is in New Rochelle, where FH's father lives. It's the night before the wedding and possibly the most inconvenient plan ever

Aww that's cool that you've been there! My FH's family is friendly with the owner. I'm pretty sure my bridal shower will be there too.
