I'm having mine in Queens, where I live. The restaurant is amazing. Authentic old school Italian place called Portofino in Forest Hills.

Ooohhhh, good choice! I haven't been there in years, I need to add it back into the Italian rotation!

Mine is in New Rochelle, where FH's father lives. It's the night before the wedding and possibly the most inconvenient plan ever

I'm having mine at the Cooperage Inn in Calverton, it's right down the road from the church and it's supposed to be very good so I didn't really look into anywhere else.

What kind of food do you want to have for the rehearsal? I love Prime and Honu in Huntington.

novita in GC is one of our favorite restaurants so we might have it there.. but we are doing a 'luncheon' instead because out rehearsal is at noon the day before. It was either that or having it at 745pm and I didn't want to be up that late the night before my wedding.. But we will definitely be looking around the GC/flopo area

check Babylon carriage house of even captain bills both are in Babylon which isn't far from Bayshore at all!

My cousin works there and we had a family function there a few weeks ago - it's DELICIOUS! You'll definitely enjoy it!

I'm not sure where we're having ours yet - I went to one a Filomena's in Franklin Square a few weeks ago and the food was SO GOOD. I have three or four places in mind that I want to check out, but in the end I'll probably just go with whatever is most affordable.

Our location isn't set yet because my FIL's are hosting and FMIL wants to visit and choose the place, but since our church is OLV in Floral Park, I've suggested that she pick a restaurant right in town that we can all walk over to. I was thinking Fiore might be a good choice.

Fiore is one of our choices too. The food is delicious!
