I have a lot done: ceremony/hall photog dj ceremony music flowers dress, veil, tiara hair/makeup save the dates (ordered)
I am working on getting an officiant (it's kind of important, I guess ). We are going to book a hotel soon, once we stop being lazy.
How is your planning going ladies?

I feel so behind!
I have done: Church (sort of) Reception Dress (picked but not ordered - getting measured and ordering in a couple of weeks when I come home after graduation) BM dresses (picked color and designer - mix and match seperates - in a few weeks we are going so each can select the dress they like)

We have done:
ceremony and hall (food/alcohol/cake) dj (for ceremony, CH, and reception) photographer videographer save the dates (ordered today!) picked bridal party/flowergirl/ring bearer misc items bought (cake cutter, ring pillow, flowergirl basket, guestbook) i know which tiara I want, but not the dress yet! having cake topper custom made
need:
Officiant! flowers hair/makeup dress register (prob macys and fortunoff this summer)

What I have checked off:
Ceremony/reception location Photographer (contract on its way!!) Officiant (beginning meetings this summer) Dress
Everything else I have yet to do, although I think we know which florist we're using (someone FH's stepmother uses) and invites may be done by somone our friends worked with for their upcoming wedding.
The next two crucial things are the caterer (although from what it seems, they don't book up super fast on the east end... Both of the ones I'm considering keep telling me how much time I have!) and band, which the caterer is going to recommend because each have worked at my venue dozens of times so know who has played there and how they sound

Don't worry...you really have plenty of time. My best friend is getting married in July and her FI jokes that I am secretly getting married this July too because I have way too much stuff done

I have: -Hall -Church -Flowers -STD's -DJ -Photo -Video -My Dress is picked out (ordering w/i next 2 weeks). -BM Dresses are picked (ordering end of June @ a trunk show for extra 10% off). -Know where I am getting hair done (thinking of having a trial over the summer). -Know who's doing make-up (a friend).
I am starting to look at invites b/c I am SO Darn fussy!!!
My panic is starting to set in....I still have so much to do and the time is just ticking away.
I have: -Hall (getting married there too) -Flowers -Band -Video -make-up
So much to go: Top of list includes dress and photographer...but the list is long

-Church -Reception hall -Photographer -Videographer -DJ -Florist -My dress -Cake topper (really flowers but my Lladro will be on the table next to it!) -E-party invites -Toasting flutes -Cake server (someone just bought this off our registry! )
I have a make up appt. scheduled for June
Working on: -Limos -HM (Arbua! I don't know anything about Aruba yet!) -Invitations- will be custom made. I love the woman I am working with (FM me for info) -veil, shoes, etc... will get this in the summer -Favors (we know what we want just have to order it) -BM dresses

Well we are pretty sure on the place. I have to call the caterer and try to negotiate a lower price. I'll know for sure by tomorrow. Other than that, nothing else.
