FH and I will be living together a few months before our wedding and he's not allowed to see my gown. I have no clue where I'm going to keep it! I don't think my parents have the space for it.
I live with FH too. I think when mine comes in I will keep it at my sisters house!! Maybe you have a family member or friend who has room for it??
the place where im getting mine altered is storing it for me until its time for my first fitting.

I think I am keeping it at the salon until a few days before! I don't trust anyone around it!
Its been sitting wrapped up in a sheet at the top of a closet in my parents house for the last 6 months. After I get it altered, I will probably bring it home and leave it in the garment bag so FH wont see it.

I'm in no way no heck bringing that dress home before the week before the wedding. I do not want it wrinkling or smelling like food...so it's staying at the shop!
i'm actually really concerned about where to keep it- i live at my grandmother's now, but FH and I are moving in together soon & he's super nosey- i mean like worse than every woman i know- so there is no way to leave it there- and my grandmother has a nasty dog that would probably end up eating my dress- so I have no idea right now

Probably leaving mine at the dress shop until the week of the wedding... then I'll leave it at my parents' house since that's where I'll be getting ready anyway. And FH and I live together, so I'm not keeping it at our house!

i didn't pick up my dress til the thursday before my wedding, but we did keep it in our place - it's in a white zip bag, so DH couldn't see it. however, it did have boobs in it (to keep the dress shaped correctly), and everytime he'd pass it, he gave it a squeeze![]()
anyway, it was on the back of our bedroom door since our closets are packed, and when he had to go get his tux, and hang up on the back of the door, i brought my dress MIL's house.
i am keeping it at kleinfelds until a few days before the wedding and then putting it in the closet. FH wont see it
