FH and I are starting to look at houses near me. Its soooooo expensive to buy something decent! I dont know how we will ever afford it! What will be your living situation after the wedding?

We will be living off post in Connecticut in an apartment where after a few months we will begin house hunting also in Connecticut.

Congratulations!! Isnt it he best feeling??? I really hope we find something. We looked yesterday and may offer on one today. If it worked out Id be so happy - but its soooooo frickin expensive!

We will definitely get a lot more house and land for our $$ then in NY. A friend bought a house recently 3 bedrooms with over an acre land for only $220,000

we are saving money for a house... so far the only thing I have seen in the paper that we can almost afford is a $42,000 trailor!!!

FH and I hope to buy a house down here in VA a couple of months before our wedding. We are both renting apartments now.

I currently am in Nassau and wanted to stay but b/c money is always an issue and always will be, we will prob. be TRYing to get somewhere in Suffolk, (not that, that is really going to help us any) I hate that everything is so damn expensive. If i don't find a job in Nassau/suffolk area by the time we buy a house i will commuting into brooklyn for a teachers salary. AH! sorry i started to vent.
at this rate, my car but honestly we don't know yet. We are apartment hunting as soon as he is out of the service in November 2005

That's amazing!!! Right now we live together in Queens renting an apartment in a 2 family house. We want to buy a house but have to save $$. Part of me would like to move to Westchester and the other part wants to move back to Boston, where I went to college. I definitely want a house, though
