Where are you spending your Honeymoon Night...

Thinking either the Garden City Hotel or the Inn at Fox Hollow....

Our hall is in Bethpage so we are actually closer to the Inn at Fox Hollow....

Re: Where are you spending your Honeymoon Night...

The Inn at East Wind!!! I love it, we've stayed there before just for the hell of it a few times...and we just love it! I want to decorate my house just like they did the rooms!

The Garden City Hotel is Very nice and so is Fox Hollow- Fox Hollow is newer! They're both a very nice choice!

Re: Where are you spending your Honeymoon Night...

Garden City Hotel!!!!!

Our guests are staying there and the rooms on a block are reasonably priced. Honestly I wish we were at a different hotel (not to be rude) I feel like I want to be alone with my new husband....and not worry about his mom knocking on my door

Re: Where are you spending your Honeymoon Night...

The night of the wedding we're staying at The Inn at East Wind, the next night before we leave for the honeymoon we're staying at home (we already live together)- FH is already aware that makes two thresholds to carry me over

Re: Where are you spending your Honeymoon Night...

We are staying at the Wingate with the rest of our guests.. our farewell brunch will be there on Sunday morning anyway.. we wanted to be where everyone else was.. Plus, it's so close to the Carltun- it made the most sense. We'll be staying there all weekend, since we live in the city and would need to shack up somewhere on LI anyway.

Re: Where are you spending your Honeymoon Night...

Mariott Melville- suite -that is where our guests are staying

but we won't be there that long- we won't get to our room till 1 and we have to be at my parents house at 10 - so not worth staying someplace better

Oheka would be fun to stay maybe the next night

Re: Where are you spending your Honeymoon Night...

I'm planning on spending it wherever the OOT guests stay. Also, I plan to encourage all of our friends to stay there as well (I think I'll provide a limobus to get there from the reception). That way we can enjoy our friends and family that we don't get to see that often. We've already lived together for 2 years - and we've got the rest of our lives to spend together----- we really want the whole wedding to be about us with our freidns and family.
