Of course I already have my dress and I am afraid it will get messed up while it is stored for a long period of time...
Did you buy yours already and where is it stored?

Mine is ordered. When it comes in and is all ready to be brought home, My Matron or MOH will be keeping at their house for me!

My dress already came in and they are holding for me at the boutique i bought it in. I wont be bringing it home until a few days before the wedding. I dont want to chance it getting messed up.

My dress is in a box in my living room they told me not to hang it for more than six months so i probably could take it out and hang it now but i am just leaving it there until alterations then they will steam it and ill hang it
ETA its in one of those garment bags folded in half the plastic over it and a slap of cardboard over that then the box it closed up

It's not in a plastic garment bag is it?? I heard those are bad... mine is hanging up but I'm going to take it down today when I visit my FH's aunt's house where it is being stored...

no its fabric but there is plastic on top of it i guess it was like a filler for the box should i remove it?

I read somewhere that plastic can make it yellow if it's within a plastic bag...

I will be ordering mine in January.. unless it gets discontinued before that then I will be ordering it earlier then that... but I will be storing it in my mom's house!

The bridal store said it won't be in until 3 months before the wedding, which by that time i would have to start coming in for fittings and stuff so it will most likely stay at the bridal salon until I am ready to take him the week of the wedding.
