Michael's only has the 9' circles, and I need at least 12'...preferably 15' to wrap mini champagne favors.

Re: Where can I buy 12 or 15' Tulle Circles?
Mistyeyed - Try Wholesalefavors.com (I know you don't want to order online but there is a phone number you can call). The Tulle circles come in bulk but you may be able to purchase them individually. I ordered my engagment party favors from them and they accomodated me with a number that wasn't part of the usual package. Good Luck.

Which Michael's did you go to? Maybe you can either try another Michael's or see if they will special order it for you.

if none of these places have them, you can make them yourself.. buy the big yard wide rolls of tulle and buy a circle cutter, youcan get both at Michael's
