Where can I buy a 3 tier pastry stand??

I found this one at fortunoff.com but I want to use it for a cupcake tower and I think there is too big of a gap between the bottom 2 layers.
( it says 12.5 inches)

I looked at William-Sonama, and Pampered Chef and couldn't find anything - sorry! Good luck!

I've seen folks use the different sized ones like this for cupcakes. This one's from Pottery Barn. You might just need a slightly larger plate for the bottom layer?

ETA - Or there's this one from Crate & Barrel?

I remember watching 'For Better or For Worse' one night and they made a cupcake stand using different size plates (or round pieces of wood) and terra cotta flower pots, painted white. They had the flower pot as the base, then put a plate, then a flower pot, then a plate, etc.

it looked great.

Re: Where can I buy a 3 tier pastry stand??

You definitely make one. You could use a large cup upside down and rest the plate on top then use a medium size cup upside down with plate for the middle layer and a small cup upside down with a plate for the top layer.

You could use a bowl upside down for the bottom layer.

There are a few different ways you could do it if you dont feel like buying one.

If you do the first look here, then you can just buy cake platters which are everywhere. BB&B, Pottery Barn Outlet, etc. i bought a tiered server at Target but it was at the holidays. I dont' think they carry them all the time.

Try Home Goods in Valley Stream. They get some nice stuff at nice prices but its hit or miss because like TJMaxx and Marshalls, its whatever comes in on overstocks or whatever. Good luck!
