Where can I file a complaint

If I found a piece of stone in my pastry/scone?

I don't know where to turn, but I have been really upset over this, since this morning, and would like to report the vendor to someone!!!

I would say to call the Health Department. They should be able to help.

I didn't go back to the source b/c I bought the scone on my way to work, but ate it at work (about 45 mins subway ride), at least until the stone was discovered and I lost my appetite. I will stop by tomorrow to complain, but for now I just called the NYC health department and reported them.

I was kind of furious, b/c it wasn't like a tiny speck or anything, it was about 1 inch rectangular flat stone, something that should not have even gotten into the dough!!!

Jennbaby, since no physical harm was done, I don't plan to sue...

And for those living in Park Slope, stay away from the Uprising Bakery!!!

OMG maybe they will give you a years supply of stone free scones,only joking
