I tried on a necklace I loved at the bridal salon when I had my fitting, but it was waayy too much money. I bought one off ebay that is pretty, but it looks like the $20 I spent on it!
Do you think Tri-County flea market would have anything? Or maybe Patchogue floral? Any websites that someone can suggest?

I got mine at Macy's during Christmas time...the sales were unbelieveable...I think they are still having a sale for presidents day so def check them out!

I wouldn't mind spending around $100. The one I like was $180. That was a bit too much.

I only asked that question bc I know that tri county has real jewelry so it's going to be expensive...they do have an awesome selection. I'm not sure if there are any stores downstairs that sell costume jewelry? Yes...it's in Levittown (sp)

Well, I got mine from the seller sliverspeck on ebay. It's Cz and sterling silver - it's beautiful! I love it so much, and it's worth a lot more than the $43 I paid for it - he sells it on their website for $75, and says it's worth $150 retail. I don't know about all that, but I really love it and it doesn't look cheap at all.
i also bought mine at macys at chrismas time and got a great deal.

I'm just planning on wearing some nice jewelry I already own and if nothing matches, I'd rather get something I'd wear again, like a small diamond heart. I'm not much for the costume jewelry.

My wedding is in August I'm waiting until the summer and my bridal party and I will make a day of it in the city....downtown near 7th and bway in the 20's (anywhere near FIT) are all of the wholesale stores but you can buy as little or as much as you want it is very cheap each piece is like $1-2 or more if you want to pay more, all of the costume jewelry they sell ends up in the larger stores anyway lots of rhinetones and stuff you won't see on others as well as the traditional

If you have shopped in the city downtown in the garment district you would kow there are many many stores there, start around 27th street or anywhere near FIT the stores are one right next to each other for blocks
