That is my budget for a dress for my renewal in las vegas? does anyone have suggestions in nycity? I don't really like david's bridal but anything else is welcomed. thanks

When I was at RK Bridal this weekend, I saw some signs for $100-300 cash and carry wedding dresses. I didn't go look at them but it's worth a try.

Davids Bridal!! Especially when they have a sale. I tried a few gorgeous dresses there. Of course I fell in love with the $850 one - but if you limit yourself to only trying Davids Bridal dresses, and not the Oleg Cassini dess you can definitely get one for under $500. They also have sales every few months and you can take off $50 - $150 depending on the cost of your dress.

Have you thought about a fancy bridesmaid dress in white?
If you join 'the knot' they have a search engine for dresses, you can sort by price.

Neiman Marcus Last Call in Jersey Gardens has all designer wedding dresses for about $700. Most of them are store samples....

I don't know anywhere in the city, but there is a Jessica McClintock store in Roosevelt Field Mall that has some beautiful dresses for under $500.

One of my co-workers wifes bought their dress from jessica. I bought mine from the bridal building in NYC. It is a warehouse. Igot my dress their for 540.00 tax inc. Try them u can go on sat. only. that is when they are open to the public. You will have ur choice of many stores to go into.

You can also try Estelle's Dressy Dresses in Farmingdale on Rt. 110. They have a whole section just for bridal and they carry dresses at reasonable prices.

How do u feel about shopping online? There is always bridesave or if u know of a designer u like u can always try to get their dresses for cheaper online by going to netbride or bridalgown .

Try the Macy's in Manhasset. That seems to be the only store that has a clearence section.. I know someone who was having a casual wedding in Barbados and bought a nice white wedding dress there for under $200 off the rack.
