I've been looking high and low for basic, plain cardboard hatboxes so I can attempt to make my own card box for the wedding but I cannot find them ANYWHERE!! The Michael's by me in Forest Hills didn't have any and I don't quite know where else to look.
I figured I would try to tackle making a silk covered cardbox and program boxes myself since I was screwed over by the Etsy seller I originally ordered them from (SheaChicDesigns -- her shop has since closed since she apparently filed for BANKRUPTCY without telling anyone and without refunding anyone -- but if it opens, DO NOT BUY FROM HER)
Any ideas??

Re: Where can I find Cardboard Hat Boxes?
I ordered paper mache boxes from consumer crafts. com to make my cardbox. It was a stacked set so I had all the sizes I needed and some left over. I think it was like $10-$15 for the set.

I'd check another Michael's, AC Moore, Lady Jane Crafts on Woodhaven Blvd., Christmas Tree Shop, Homegoods, etc.! Good luck!

I got some from Daffy's. Check TJ Maxx, Home goods, or Marshalls.

Re: Where can I find Cardboard Hat Boxes?
I actually ran into the same problem! After almost giving up my search (and going to like every Michael's) I ended up finding them at a Dollar store!
