Where can I find CD Thank you cards?

My Fh is a mailman so he sees them all the time. They are thank you cards where you can put a picture and a CD in it. Does anyone know where to find it?

I don't know where, but maybe you can find blank CD holders/cards and design it yourself - its just an idea.

Thanks for the link, but it doesn't seem to work.. I think what I may be looking for more is an evelop.. I'm going to yell at my FH. . he asked me to post the question, without seeing what it looks like and he sees them everyday!! Too funny.. It has to be an evelop, where one side holds a CD, the other holds a picture or whatever and the back is addresable for mailing. Anyone?

I found them here:

you can also find them on Ebay.
