Where can I find elegant hair pins??

Hi Ladies - Anyone know where I can find elegant hairpins? I have seen some 'cutesy' ones, but I am going for an elegant crystal look. Either one, bigger nice crystal hairpin or a few scattered ones for around a low bun....My wedding is 2 weeks away and I really need to get this done!! Thank you! - Laura

try denise leli 516 381 1236 she does have a location in manhattan where she can meet with you. good luck P.S. she has some very beautiful sticks and some other interesting pieces you can scatter you need to see the work it is a very couture look

I second Denise!!! she is awesome. I fell in love with her little porcelain roses with the crystals in the center. then i saw her other things and I wound up purchasing this gorgeous comb with fresh water pearls in the shapes of flowers with little crystals in the middle. She is soooo sweet. She can also meet with you at her home.

There are a bunch of accessory stores on 6th avenue at around 35th street, on the east side of 6th avenue. They go north for a few blocks.

They sell clips, pins, tiarras etc. Different stores have different quality-- there's like metropolitian imex (i think that's what its called-- a blue sign) that seems to have the best quality--and 4 or 5 other accessory stores all on that strip.
