Where can I fit this in?

I heart the song 'The Prayer' and would love to find a way to incorporate it into my wedding.
We are not using it for our first dance song or our cake cutting song.

I was thinking of using the instrumental version for our bridal party to walk in to during the ceremony.. but I am not sure our church organist can do that..

Any other thoughts ? I would love to find a way to incorporate this song somehow in our day, i think it is beautiful.

Or are you having a pic slideshow? maybe you can put it to that? Or like the other suggestion- have them play a cd of it instead.

My sister used this song during communion at the church... not sure if you are doing a church mass or just a ceremony.
My friend recently got married and the organist was playing it sometime during the mass.

I think that would be a really pretty song for the BP to walk to!

Thanks girls, I am not having a unity candle , and unfortunatly the only music we can pick is for our receessional and processional, otherwise the music during the mass is set by the church.

Maybe I will have the bridal party walk into that song rather that Cannon in D (which is also relaly nice), assuming the organist can play it.,. I would walk into it myself but i feel like i want something a bit more upbeat for my entrace.. (so excited just thinking about it!)

Otherwise I was thinking of maybe making it a second /spotlight song? Maybe even one where we can dance with our siblings and/or parents. I just love the freakin song and want it to be a 'special' song rather than just mixed it somewhere in the night with the rest of the songs. BUt i dont want to have too many 'formal ' dances.. bc i want people to just have fun.

I think it's a great idea to have another formal dance using the song. It's just one song so people will have plenty of time to dance, etc. throughout the wedding. Plus, it's a special memory/moment for you to always remember!!!
