cute sundresses? not super expensive either. I want to get a few for the HM. I saw cute ones at target but they were the long ones...I already have long sundresses. I want short, cotton ones.

Body central. I was just looking at their dresses online, there's not a ton of sundresses, but there are a few cute ones.
Also I saw a bunch at Joyce Leslie a few weeks ago and Mandees.

H and M has cheappppppp ones that are so adorable. i got like 6 or 7 right before the hm all for like 80 bucks, if that. most were between 10-20 bucks, most like 15

Clearly I'm going to suggest Ann Taylor Factory store and LOFT Outlet - in fact the LOFT in tanger 2 has lots of cute cotton ones for summer. Good for casual/hanging out. The one in tanger 1 (mine) has some that are a little more dressy/fancier for dinner. I'm sure there are a ton of other stores at the outlets that has dresses too. They have an old navy there that usually has stuff like that...
