Can you just use a cute little notebook or journal type book? From anywhere, target, arts and craft stores....

they have a book at Micheals...it has spots for gifts and pics...its like 14$

but for mine we got the book but didnt even use it for that....we just wrote it in a note book

What about Hallmark or a craft store. I was at a babyshower this weekend and they had one that was like a card instead. It only had a few pages in it.
