where can I get a sports garter for less than 30 bucks

Okay, it is the end of the planning so I am starting to be a little more cautious.

I really don't want to spend 30 dollars on a garter. FI loves the islanders and I thought it would be cute to suprise him.

That was the only site I found- maybe e-bay?

Maybe you can buy a cheap one and decorate it on your own with islander color bows and maybe a small patch or pin?

Here are some inexpensive plain garters I found on E-Bay
