Try the Westminster Kennel Club's webiste: www.westminsterkennelclub.org. They have breed descriptions and, I believe, a link to other informational pages on the breed .

oH! Congrats!!! They are so great! I would buy lots and lots of wee wee pads! Our dog had to be paper trained because we work so many hours and lived in an apt. I couldn't ever cage him. Just couldn't. But now that we are in a house we block him in the kitchen and dining room, very large and no carpet. He did piss all over at one time, it has been 3 years and he is getting better, not 100% there yet. My friend has one too and we exchange stories - and he says the same thing - they can be outside for 5 hours but will come in the house and piss. Other than that he is my baby.
