HM clothes?

Since we are going to Puerto Rico end of Sept, early Oct, I figure I can hit the clearance racks soon for the summer stuff at Old Navy , H&M etc...

any place else?

Try Marshall's or TJ Maxx, I just got a lot of stuff there for ours. I also hit Penney's last week, they had a 60% off sale. This is a good time, cuz everyone is getting rid of summer stuff.

Check the online sales at victoria's secret ; j.crew , anthropologie

Also, if you're game...there's a thrift store that sells amazing designer stuff for well within most budgets (you can get practically new gucci for under $100, and more basic brands like j.crew for under $10). The people who shop there have $$, it's not junk. It's in the Gramercy Park area and it's called Housing Works, all the money goes to support housing for the homeless and individuals who are HIV+.

www.classiccloseout.com, and the victoria secrets website. Lerners, Express, Macy's and Aeropostale also have some great sales.
