to workout at home? Specifically I want ones that involve weights so that I can tone my upperbody (arms, back, etc.)

Try looking on Ebay and Overstock.com. I have gotten some from both.
I like Walk Away the Pounds and there are options for those tapes that are more about toning.

YOu can get them from The Sports Authority. That is where I get mine. I would suggest the tone ball it comes with a tape or DVD to help you.

I love collage. I get the catalog sent to my home also, but the website is great too! You can actually preview the videos!
