WHERE CAN I GO TO REMOVE THE BLUSHER FROM MY VEIL???

I want to remove the blusher on my veil. Is there a place in Manhattan that I can take it too? If you also know the fee, let me know.

Thanks

I got my dress in New Jersey from Bijou Bridal and the veil from a different location. They send their merchandise out for alterations so I don't know if taking my veil there would be a good idea. Do you think the cleaners will be able o do it?
