Re: Where could I find a trunk table?

I know this sounds crazy- but I saw one of those in Marshall's! They had a whole bunch of pieces (end tables, lamps) that went along with it.
BUT
That was back in early Sept. at the Marshall's in Woodbury on Jericho Tpke. But worth a try!!

Re: Where could I find a trunk table?

I did a search and there are a lot out there for much better prices. I love those kinds of tables. Maybe after we move I will start to look too

Re: Where could I find a trunk table?

There is an antique store in Huntington Station - just north of Jericho Tpke, on 110 - that sells tons of trunks...all different sizes. You're crafty enough that you could buy one of those (not sure of the $$$) and attach your own legs.

I'm passing by there tonight...if you're interested, I'll find out the name of the place.

Re: Where could I find a trunk table?

have you tried Pier 1 Imports. They have great things, for affordable $$ Nice piece though you found there.

Re: Where could I find a trunk table?

I know exactly what store CP is talking about, but I don't know the name. It's on the West side of 110, north of Jericho, South of Pulaski. I think it might be close to Checkers. You can't miss the trunks. They always have them outside in nice weather or they're in the window.

Home Decorators Collection has some, but either they're on the small side or I don't think they're what you looking for.

Tara
I saw some at Pieces on Sunrise Highway. They ranged from about $100.00 - $300.00 depending on the size. Its in that shopping center right across from the Sunrise Mall. I dont know what its called but TJ Max, Burlington, Harrows and Linnen and Things are also in the shopping center.

Re: Where could I find a trunk table?

Fran I love pieces for the home but they looked too small I think, those other tables are cool but I love the old map look, I have not yet checked out Pier one and I live in Mass so maybe I will stop by there later.

I passed by there again last night. The name is: Bits-n-Pieces and the number is 423-0931. Going north on 110/NY Ave, it's on the west side - across from Taco Bell.
