Where`d you get your shoes??

I want a white satin pump with just a bit of lacework and beading, but I don`t want to shop on-line. I need to be able to try the shoes on. The pair I found at Craft Shoes (that I loved!) are discontinued and they don`t have my size. :( I just don`t want to settle on a plain white pump if I can find something a little fancier. Can I have some recommendations for stores from eastern Suffolk through Nassau that I should try. Thanks!

I got mine at Hazel's on Bell Blvd. in Bayside - not too far from the Nassau border! Good prices and good selection.

I also got my shoes at Casa Di Mario. They are really nice to work with. I tried on about 20 shoes and it never seemed to be a burden to the owner. He was very helpful. The carry mostly special occassion type shoes, so there's a good variety. I finally found the pair I liked but they were a 1/2 size too small. He ordered me the correct size and they came in a week. I even used them back in high school for my prom shoes.

Got mine at Varone's on Montauk Hwy in Sayville. My maids got theirs at Sandy's shoes in Massapequa (Sunrise Hwy next to IHOP) and my mom and grandma got theirs at Dying for You (Sunrise in Lindenhurst). Apparently Dying for You had more selection when it comes to picky feet, but the prices and service may not be as good as the other too. Everyone is happy with their experience so far!
