Yea I mentioned this to him and he said that if they do wind up going it will be totally different because they will be doing other things that us as a couple wont be doing like gambling and bar hopping. when we go we plan on going to shows and seeing all the different hotels. It still doesnt make me feel better though

he went to a strip club with his brothers and cousins - home by 4 - Im 34 and hewas 36 when we got married- When I was younger i probably would have felt different but I didnt care

I went to vegas for mine and saw bachelor parties, and spoke to some of them, a good guy will act good no matter what and a pig will act the same no matter where he is.

Yea you are 100% right, its wierd because if it was somewhere local I dont think I would even be bothered about it but just the fact that it is Vegas bothers me. Plus the fact that we are going to Vegas the last 4 days of our honeymoon and I thought it would be the first time for both of us.

yeah i mean listen a strip club is a strip club no matter where you go. I think the difference is if its local they are coming home that night so thats what makes you feel better. Going away for days and being far away is what makes it harder. But a guy who plans to be bad at his bachelor party will be bad whether its local or in another state. Let me say this, the WORST story ive EVER heard about any bachelor party and ive heard alot of them, was a local one. I was friends with ppl who went and they told me what went on and i was SHOCKED, but this groom and the other guys would've done the same thing no matter where it was, they went in it with bad intentions ya know. He went home the same night and wasnt that far, and let me tell you it was real bad.

Personally, and its weird but i didnt want DH to go out locally, i know its stupid and others would think its stupid for me to prefer him to go away but LOCALLY NOOOO i was against that. The reason why is bc my DH was a huge part of the club scene before we were together, and him going to clubs in NYC meant him bumping into his past and it would've been very likely if they went to big clubs in the city. I just didnt want him to see people from his past and go up to him to talk to him and be there at his bp, not about trust just didnt want any of them to be any part of it.

I know I am probably just being stupid and letting my mind wander I just feel like there is more things to get you into trouble there. Where did DH stay when he went and what did they do?

He stayed at Mandalay bay. Uhmmmm lets see if i can remember, thursday they went to tryst at the wynn, friday they went to pure, saturday they went to tao for dinner and then later in the night tao turns into a nightclub so they stayed there for the club. Sunday they were so tired they stayed in, talk about not being able to hang anymore hahahaha. Also with lots of gambling in between, this was one thing i was worried about bc i know how addicted he can get and was worried he would gamble a bit too much, he is somebody who once almost missed his flight because he was gambling for 30 hours straight

When i went to vegas for my bp, i stayed at the palms. We also went to pure on friday night and then ended up at spearmint rhino at 5am lol dont even know how that happened but its a female strip club it was funny bc my friend and i were just standing back watching the guys and seeing what really goes on and how bad the lapdances get since we know our guys have gone to strip clubs before. Saturday went to rain in the palms then after went to empire afterhours nightclub that started around 4am. Then sunday went to the Bank in the bellagio, its a new club. During the day we would stay at the palms pool since they had a pool party all the time there.

I understand your point though about wanting it to be your first time for both when going on your HM. For me it was the opposite a little and i feel bad sometimes. DH has been to vegas like 6x and i had never been there when i went for my bp...he really wanted to take me for my first time and was looking forward to this...but once i made plans to go to vegas for mine he was understanding and couldnt say anything since he also went. Maybe talk to him and say how much it would mean to you if you both went for the first time together.

me too - we had a rule - no vacations without eachother - we know neither one would be thrilled about the idea (especially of vegas ) so we just wouldnt do it...it has nothing to do with not trusting eachother, it has to do with respecting the other persons feelings....

would he be 100% okay if you were going to vegas? i know my FH wouldnt want me to go

Oh great so now you are telling me that the strip clubs there are crazy I guess what I mean is that I feel like the strip clubs and regular clubs there are way more crazy there then they are here. FH isnt even into strip clubs but knowing his friends he will wind up in one. I guess I keep getting this idea in my head that since so many people go to Vegas for their bachelor and bachelorette parties it winds up being more crazy and it will wind up being them hanging out with girls instead of the guys just getting together and being guys. And I bet his friends will do something crazy since its his first time there too.

NOOOOOOO lol what i meant to say is we wanted to sit back and see if it does get crazy. It was just regular lapdancing and it was all done out in the open...there were tables with big chairs all around and they would get lapdances there. Just regular dancing, sorry i realize how my post came out, i just meant we wanted to see IF it would get crazy not that it did get crazy.

HONESTLY, i wouldnt really say clubs are more crazy than here. They are about the same to tell you the truth. I cant say going to a club in vegas was really different than any club in NYC. Pure was like any big club, a bunch of ppl dancing and same things happening. I didnt see anything in vegas that i havent seen in NYC. Pure is nice, it has a bunch of different rooms. You have this main big room, then another red room and a rooftop too with VIP tables and a big bar. You had a bunch of ppl standing around the tables at the vip just like they do here. Then downstairs was a huge dancefloor with everyone dancing, nothing out of the ordinary. Empire was an afterhours place and again wasnt crazy. Alot of ppl who went here were great dancers, there were some kids doing insane tricks. Just played alot of hard club music and everybody that was there was really into the dancing. Bank same thing. YOu had a bunch of vip tables on top, probably just that you see more celebrities, wilmer valderamma was there and a bunch of football players. Good thing is all the girls swarm to those tables lol. Even when dh went there were tables of celebrities. Then you had a dancefloor and pretty normal to tell you the truth.

fh went to gossips...this is how i felt about it it was the one place i asked him not to go.. but he had a good time and if he wants to spend $$ on dirty strippers.. so be it! If he went to Vegas i prob would have been totally jealous since i really want to go. so im kinda glad they didnt go there!

FH is going paintballing at high velocity paint ball and then out to Blackstones for dinner...then prolly go look at boobies

Well he says he wouldnt care if I went away somewhere and that he would just be worried because I would be so far away. I dont know, I guess I am crazy because nothing is even definite yet and I'm letting my imagination run wild. I guess maybe its worse because I've never been to Vegas, maybe if I was there I wouldnt think it was such a big deal. I think it is really his friends using his bachelor party as an excuse to go away. They claim that they cant think of anywhere local to stay and have a good time because they all hate going to clubs in the city

what about AC? would you be ok with that? ALTHOUGH this is what i'll say about it. IF they do plan on going to a strip club, the one place you dont want them to go to a stripclub in AC, they are grimey. Even my dh doesnt like going to strip clubs there and he doesnt have a problem going to other ones

He is doing a boys night in AC. I feel bad b/c he cant go away anywhere cause he cant take the time off work and I am going to Miami.

I really dont mind - I trust him and hope that he has a great time.

Well at least that makes me feel a little better. I picture Vegas as this crazy place with a ton of hot girls walking around But like you said if they are going to be pigs they can do that anywhere and if they are good guys then they will be good guys. I just cant shake these ideas running through my head.

OMG i expected the same, I expected to see HOTT girls EVERYWHERE and let me say i wasnt impressed. THe first night we were getting ready to go, i hated how i looked, nothing was coming out right and all i thought was 'great so many HOTT girls in vegas and i look like this' i see more hott girls in clubs in NYC than i did in vegas. Nothing special, i mean yeah a few i saw were pretty, actually the prettiest girl i saw wasnt even in a club but she was in the palms hotel shopping. I remember saying it alot while i was out how i expected so much more but many i thought were busted and some were just average. The beautiful HOTT ones are mostly gold diggers and they swarm to the vip tables of RICH guys or celebrities. So thats where you'll see the AMAZINGLY HOTT girls, hanging around the rich guys or at a celebrities table. Infact when you walk into a club and youre a big group of girls they will even tell you to go to the table of these people. When we walked into the bank one of the hostesses there asked if we wanted to sit at their vip table with free drinks so i said YEAH ok, it was some football players tables, and there were TONS of girls there but we got free drinks so we didnt care. Dh even told me thats what is done, the bouncers send girls to guys at the tables who spend money

The only place you do see ALOT of HOTT girls with amazing bodies i would say is at Rehab sundays at the hardrock pool party.

Even at the palms pool party when we went, i was like UGH i dont care to go with a bunch of girls with amazing bodies. Well we went and again i wasnt impressed at all. After a few minutes i didnt feel bad about myself anymore. There were 2 girls i remember that looked amazing, one was real stuck up though and the other was young probably in her early 20's with an amazing body but was there with a MUCH older man. There were even some strippers and they had horrible bodies. Even when i spoke to DH i said WOW i expected HOTT girls everywhere and he laughed saying NO its not really like that. You'll see some hott girls but not like you expect at all.

The strippers at spearmint rhino were so nice though, they saw i was getting married and all were so nice congratulating me in the bathroom very nice girls

They went to AC for Memorial Weekend. They played at the beach, gambled, and went to the strip club TWO NIGHTS. He came home with a stripper's shoe. it's in our apartment somewhere.

Honestly strippers skeeve me, I know this has come up before. I know he wouldn't do anything, I saw the pictures haha his friend got the stripper shoe and they made him take it. it just skeeves me to think about strippers being near him. it grosses me out.

Also, DH didn't want to go to a strip club or to AC. His friends did. He wanted to rent a house somewhere else on the shore, and have me and my friends/his friends gfs do the same, and have one night of bachelor/bachelorette, and then hang out together the rest of the weekend. His friends didn't want to. So that pissed me off too, b/c that was what we both wanted to do.

But whatever. It was also a sore subject for me b/c he had like 25 friends come to his party and I couldn't really plan anything b/c I sacrificed and moved to be with him, and all my friends live far away and there wasn't time or money. Also, his friends are all engineers rolling in the $$ and my friends are mostly too poor to travel. He had friends travel from across the country for the bachelor party AND for the wedding. My friends could barely afford to come for the wedding, and couldn't even come for the shower. So it was more upsetting to me for that reason....I ended up spending the weekend in Philly (where I lived at the time) with my MOH. We had fun, but it still irked me. But, it's over now....
